Rules of procedure in the campsite les pinèdes de la caillauderie

Staying on the Pinèdes de la Caillauderie campsite implies acceptance of these rules and a commitment to comply with them.

1.CONDITIONS OF ADMISSION

To enter, settle in and stay on the campsite, the manager’s authorization is required. Unaccompanied minors are only admitted with written permission from their parents.

2. CUSTOMER IDENTITY

For practical or security reasons, and in order to be able to easily contact and identify the people staying on the campsite, the manager requests to know the identity of anyone present on the site.

3. INSTALLATION

Accommodation and associated equipment must be installed within the limits of the location indicated by the manager. Any pitch can only accommodate a maximum of 6 people.

4. RECEPTION OFFICE

Open from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. in July and August. It contains information on the campsite as well as useful information on the surroundings.

5. FEES

Fees are payable at the reception desk upon arrival at the time of registration. Their amount and their conditions of application are displayed at the entrance to the field, at reception and on our website.

6. NOISE AND BEHAVIOR

Campers are responsible for avoiding any noises or behaviors that could clearly annoy their neighbors. Silence must be strictly observed between 12 a.m. and 7 a.m.

7. ANIMALS

Dogs and other animals must never be left at large, nor left alone without their owners, who are civilly responsible for them. Their needs must be made off the field or picked up.

8. VISITORS

Visitors can only enter the campsite after authorization from the manager, and will be the responsibility of the campers who receive them. Visitors’ cars will remain outside the campsite. Insofar as visitors have access to the facilities / services of the campsite, they may be asked to pay a fee (displayed at the entrance, at reception and on our site).

9. TRAFFIC AND PARKING OF VEHICLES

Inside the camp, vehicles must travel at a speed limit of 10 km / h. Only one vehicle per site is authorized. Additional vehicles must be parked in the parking lot at the entrance. Traffic is prohibited between 0:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m., the period during which the entry barrier is inactive. Can only circulate in the camp vehicles belonging to the campers staying there. Parking must take place in priority in the allocated space and must never obstruct traffic.

10. RESPECT FOR FACILITIES AND THE ENVIRONMENT

Everyone is required to refrain from any action that could affect the cleanliness, hygiene and integrity of the campsite and its facilities. It is forbidden to touch any form of vegetation, to work or dig the ground. Any damage to the vegetation, fences, land or camping facilities will be at the expense of the author. Waste must only be deposited in selective sorting containers. Anything that cannot be placed in the containers provided must be taken directly to the recycling center. It is prohibited to dispose of wastewater and any other product on the ground, as well as to use any phytosanitary product.

11. SECURITY

a.) Fire:

Open fires are prohibited. Charcoal barbecues can only be done in the collective areas provided for this purpose. Gas installations must be used with great caution. Fire extinguishers are available to everyone if necessary. In the event of a fire, notify management immediately.

b.) Theft:

The camper is responsible for its installation and must take the usual precautions regarding the safeguarding of its equipment. Management is only responsible for items left in the office. Report any suspicious presence to the manager.

12. GAMES

No harmful game can be organized near the installations. Children should always be under the supervision of their parents.

13. BREACH OF THE INTERNAL RULES

The manager or his representative are responsible for order on the campsite. In the event of a serious or repeated breach of this regulation, he may terminate the stay of the user at fault after a formal notice remains unsuccessful.
